Member Spotlight: Jamilah Talton
Before having children and a demanding career, Jamilah Talton found plenty of time to use her skills in marketing and communications volunteering with both national and local nonprofits. A few of the organizations she contributed her time and skills to were Darfur Alert (Philadelphia Chapter), Manna, and the Salvation Army. But having 2 children and working long hours as a cyber security professional, her time has been at a premium for the last decade or so. Impact100 SJ offered Jamilah an opportunity to revive her passion for giving back and to contribute both financially and with her time in a way that fits in her current life.
