Leadership Council service is both a service commitment and a leadership development experience — bringing together women who want to use their skills, voice, and perspective to strengthen our organization and deepen our community impact.
What does the Leadership Council do?
The Leadership Council is responsible for the governance, strategy, and execution of Impact100 South Jersey’s mission. LC members work collaboratively to:
- Lead and oversee the annual grantmaking process
- Ensure strong governance, transparency, and sustainability
- Support member engagement and leadership development
- Strengthen Impact100’s visibility, partnerships, and community presence
- Uphold the values and integrity of collective giving

Each year, Impact100 South Jersey welcomes new Leadership Council members and committee leaders. We seek women who bring:

Yes. Committee Chair and Co-Chair roles are available and rotate based on organizational needs.
