Philanos is the national organization for women's giving circles around the world. This inaugural award in honor of Colleen S. Willoughby, the founder of both the Washington Women's Foundation and Philanos, honors visionary women leaders in philanthropy who, like Colleen, have taken the field into exciting, new directions. Though Rosemarie Parker is a relatively new member, she has already realized the significant effect Impact100 South Jersey has on supporting area nonprofits in their ability to serve the community. Rosemarie began her relationship with Impact when she applied for an annual grant for the nonprofit Family Promise of Southwest New Jersey. The organization received a $43,000 grant from Impact100 South Jersey in 2020.
