MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: Pamela Collins

After an extensive career at one of the region’s largest nonprofits, in 2018 Pam Collins decided to follow her entrepreneurial spirit and partner with longtime collaborator Pamela Downes to start REV Creative Group. REV was founded on the idea that businesses of all sizes and industries need a dedicated team of experts to revolutionize their marketing efforts.

REV mixes strategy with creative design to help energize brands and drive results using an Outsourced Marketing Team model. They believe it takes a purposeful brand with a customized marketing plan to develop memorable connections with audiences. Pam shares, “Our process is designed to give clients the expertise they need without the full-time cost of an in-house team.” She adds, “We build trusted partnerships with clients to fully understand their vision, values and goals.”

At the heart of REV is the belief that positive energy and authentic relationships generate the best results. Pam explains, “What really drives our business is a sense of purpose. We want to inspire positive change through kindness, being authentic and generous within our community.” Giving back to local nonprofits has always been an important part of their values, which makes Impact 100 SJ the perfect fit.

Pam learned about Impact 100 SJ through Founding Member Nancy Weber. With her background in nonprofits and experience starting a woman-owned business, she was immediately intrigued by the concept of women’s collective giving. It didn’t take long for Pam to join Impact100 SJ for the 2021 membership year. Currently, REV is a Ruby Sponsor and Pam serves on the Marketing Committee. She looks forward to continuing to build relationships with inspiring women throughout South Jersey.
