Volunteerism, community engagement and philanthropy are baked into Kimberly’s DNA.
From her earliest days, Kimberly recalls that her mother and grandparents instilled in her a “service to others” mindset. She worked alongside family members to give back to their community which inspired Kimberly to follow suit.
Throughout her adolescent and young adult years, she often helped out at local fundraisers and other philanthropic initiatives in her native North Carolina community. It was through these early experiences that led Kimberly on a long journey of supporting charitable causes and decades of hands-on community engagement and volunteerism.
Interested to build community with other South Jersey women and explore a collaborative approach to philanthropy, Kimberly was intrigued to learn about Impact100 South Jersey’s mission and collective giving model from a SJ Magazine article on local philanthropy. Doing well by doing good has always resonated with Kimberly, which was the impetus of her joining the organization.
Aligning with local women with diverse backgrounds, gifts and talents to make a positive impact in our communities warms her heart.
As a new member to Impact100 South Jersey, Kimberly serves on the PR/Communications and Events committees, areas which overlap with her long professional career as a corporate marketing communications expert.
A Cherry Hill resident, Kimberly’s community engagement work involves serving as a mentor for GIRLS, Inc., as a Friendly Visitor and Cooking Companion for the Jewish Family and Children’s Service, among others.

Through her leadership development programs, she educates and empowers women professionals to create the careers of their dreams by transforming fear into action and limiting beliefs into unlimited possibilities.
As a keynote and program facilitator, Kimberly inspires audiences to re-claim their confidence and take bold steps to 10x their lives by taking demonstrative action. Whether working one-on-one or presenting before hundreds, clients and audiences appreciate the deep knowledge, humor and warmth that Kimberly brings to every presentation.
She is author of How Women Can Create the Career of their Dreams by Charting their own Course and Rainmaker Roadmap: A Step-by-Step Guide to Building a Prosperous Business (available on Amazon), Kimberly taps her passion for providing uplifting and concrete strategies for women to attain their greatest potential.
In 2018, Kimberly founded the Women Rainmaker Forum and hosts the CHANGEMAKERS podcast for which she interviews national experts on a broad range of business growth strategies, women business empowerment and positive changemaking stories.
When not working on her professional, community engagement and philanthropic pursuits, Kimberly enjoys traveling with her husband Tim Rice, managing partner of Timothy Rice Estate and Elder Law, to places across the globe. Together, they have three rescue fur babies – Trooper, Dottie and Flame. She considers gardening, personal development, and gourmet cooking among her hobbies.
