MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: Derry Holland

Derry Holland, CEO of Oaks Integrated Care, is very excited to have joined Impact100 South Jersey. She shared the inspiring path that led her to Impact100 South Jersey — a journey that began, fittingly, at an event celebrating community partnership.

Derry first learned about Impact100 through the Oaks Integrated Care “Rooted in Community” Awards, where Impact100 South Jersey was among the honorees (pictured below). “I was so impressed by the women who were part of Impact100 — their energy, their camaraderie, and their clear commitment to giving back,” she said. Not long after, when she received a personal invitation to attend a membership event, she decided it was time to check it out herself since she had been thinking about supporting and joining Impact100 South Jersey. After attending the event for just 20 minutes, Derry completed the necessary paperwork to become a member.

As a leader deeply invested in strengthening the nonprofit sector, Derry recognized that joining Impact100 wasn’t just about philanthropy — it was about being part of a movement that amplifies women’s collective power to make meaningful change. “What resonated with me,” she said, “was that this is a space where women lead with purpose, pool their resources, and make decisions together.”

“I am happy that through my membership, I will be part of a group that is going to contribute to and help our area communities,” Derry noted.

Derry will undoubtedly reflect the same spirit of optimism and leadership she brings to Oaks as she begins her journey with Impact100 South Jersey. Every new member strengthens the circle, deepening the collective impact across South Jersey and beyond.
